The Dallas Cowboys are known as one of the more popular sports franchises across all of the big four North American sports leagues, and if we’re being honest, they might just be the most famous of all the candidates.
With that in mind, it may be no surprise that being a cheerleader for what many consider “America’s team” is one of the most daunting tasks in the world of sports, and there aren’t many people who can do it.
On average, only 43-46 people crack the final roster of cheerleaders for the team out of the several hundred who try out, and some of those people end up being mainstays on the squad, which may be even more difficult.
One of these veterans, Claire Wolford, who has been with the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders for four seasons, recently showed why she has been with the esteemed group for so long in an Instagram post.

The Cowboys Cheerleaders are expected to make their debut for the 2024 NFL when the Dallas Cowboys host the Los Angeles Chargers during a pre-season clash on August 24th, 2024.
