The Indiana Fever produced a dominant all-around performance on Sunday as they beat the Seattle Storm in a 92-75 blowout win.
As expected, Caitlin Clark led the charge for Indiana with 23 points, five rebounds, nine assists, a steal, two blocks and three 3s in 36 minutes of action.
The rookie sensation received a great deal of help from her teammates in this one. Aliyah Boston (nine points, 15 rebounds, eight assists), Kelsey Mitchell (27 points, five treys) and Lexi Hull (22 points, six 3s) stuffed the stat sheet. The Fever have won both of their games after the WNBA’s midseason Olympic break.
A brief clip of Clark and Boston is blowing up online as the two stars shared a heartfelt moment ahead of tip-off. Clark was miked up, so we all heard exactly what she had to say to her teammate before the game started.
“You’re gonna be amazing, because you are amazing,” Clark told Boston.
