The majority of the work will be conducted in Groton, Connecticut (70%), with additional efforts allocated to Kings Bay, Georgia (13%), Bangor, Washington (10%), Pearl Harbor, Hawaii (3%), North Kingstown, Rhode Island (2%), and Newport, Rhode Island (2%). The project is expected to be completed by September 2023. Foreign Military Sales to the United Kingdom will account for 52% of the funding, while fiscal 2020 other procurement for the Navy will contribute $5,041,000 toward the total amount, with no expiration at the end of the current fiscal year.
